Hemp seed may be consumed directly or added to muesli, yoghurts or porridge. Hemp seed may be added in sweet cakes and pastries. Hemp seed sprouted in water is used to make plant milk. Mix the sprouted hemp seed with water 1:2 and then sift the shells.
Hemp seed is high: Fibre, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxin), Vitamin B9 (Folate), Iron, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese.
